The DSA Human Resources Team manages the recruitment, onboarding, retention, and separation of all employees, volunteers, and affiliates within the Division of Student Affairs. This includes, but is not limited to: planning, coordinating and providing group or individual training for DSA staff members on university and DSA protocols for recruitment and retention, changes in status, managing new employee orientation, and preparation of reports, documents, correspondence, and presentations of personnel data.
