Recovery Support

The Recovery Clubhouse is closed for visitors and meetings.  Feel free to come into our Virtual Clubhouse for students to use for recovery support. The Virtual Clubhouse is open from 12pm to 10pm Monday-Thursday and 12pm-5pm Friday, except 15 minutes before and after a meeting (meeting times below). We have also put together a list of Digital Recovery Resources and a Meeting List.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency and want to speak with a crisis clinician, then please call University Counseling Services at (804) 828-6200 day or night. Students will no longer need to call VCU police for mental health emergencies.

All recovery meetings have moved to virtual spaces with links provided below.  To access a meeting by phone call 646 558 8656 and enter the meeting ID below.

Rams in Recovery is VCU's Collegiate Recovery Program which works to ensure that students do not have to choose between their recovery and their education. We support students inside and outside the classroom, organize events and trips, offer recovery housing and scholarships, and provide space and support for recovery meetings.

Collegiate Recovery Programs (CRP) are structured supports for students in recovery from substance use disorders who are seeking a degree in higher education. To connect please email,  call Tom Bannard, 804-366-8027, or Make an Appointment.

Check out our up-to-date doc for the latest VCU Recovery Resources. For the latest news and happenings check out our Facebook page.

Rams in Recovery exists through the generosity of alumni, families and friends of the program. Donations support staffing, meals and events, and scholarships for students in recovery.
