First-Year Parking
VCU employs a No Car Protocol for first-year residential students. Exceptions include: medical conditions, employment, over 21 years of age, military reservists, university obligations, and other extenuating situations. Students who can demonstrate a compelling need or who would suffer undue hardship due to this protocol can petition for a waiver.

Name Change Resources

Interim Suspension Procedure
